담당 업무

• 운전기사·디스패처의 주요 연락 창구 역할 및 근태 관리
• Safety 매니저와 협력하여, 현장 운영의 안전 규정 준수 보장
• 외부 수리 업체 관리: 서비스 요청, 가격 협상, 인보이스 검토
• 신규 운전기사 채용 및 온보딩 지원, 안전 교육 진행
• 정기 안전 회의 및 교육 세션 기획·운영
• 트럭 장비의 기본 수리 및 유지보수 업무

자격 요건

• 물류·운송 분야 경력 0-3년 (우대, 필수 아님)
• 원활한 의사소통 능력 및 대인관계 능력 보유
• 시간 관리 및 멀티태스킹 능력
• 기본적인 기계 수리 능력(우대)
• 영어/한국어 가능자 우대

Trucking Safety Specialist

Location: Garden City, GA
Type: Full-Time

Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and proactive Safety Specialist to assist with day-to-day field operations for our trucking division. This position plays a critical role in supporting drivers, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and maintaining communication across teams and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

-Serve as the primary point of contact for drivers and dispatchers, addressing attendance issues and ensuring timely communication.

-Collaborate closely with the Safety Manager to ensure field operations comply with company safety policies and standards.

-Coordinate with external repair vendors by initiating service requests, negotiating pricing, and reviewing invoices for accuracy.

-Support the implementation and enforcement of company safety regulations and procedures.

-Assist with driver recruitment and onboarding, including participating in interviews and conducting safety orientations.

-Organize and lead regular safety meetings and training sessions for drivers.

-Manage yard inventory and optimize space utilization to maintain an efficient and organized yard.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years experience in logistics, transportation, or trucking (preferred)

• Strong communication and people skills

• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities

• Bilingual in English and Korean (preferred)

• Basic mechanical or equipment maintenance skills a plus

• Familiarity with DOT regulations, driver qualification files, or trucking equipment is a bonus
