Job Title: FDC Night Shift Supervisor
Contract: 1 year contract + extension or direct hire
Location: Newberry, SC
Hours: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM
Benefits: Medical / Vision / Dental / PTO (After 90 days)

주요 업무:
• 교대 시작 전 미팅 진행 및 출근 관리
• 일일 업무 운영 감독 및 문제 해결
• 스케줄된 적재 작업 관리
• 창고 관리 시스템으로 운영 데이터 모니터링
• 재고 정확도 관리
• 배송 관련 문서 작성
• 공급망 KPI 보고
• 매니저·고객과의 소통 및 교대 주요 연락창구 역할
• 내부 직원 성과 평가

자격 요건:
• 고등학교 졸업 또는 GED 필수
• 관련 분야 학사 학위 우대
• 한국어·영어 이중언어자 우대
• 물류(특히 창고 운영) 경험 2년 이상 우대
• 현장 직원 관리 및 감독 능력
• Excel 및 기타 시스템 활용 능숙
• 뛰어난 커뮤니케이션 및 문제 해결 능력
• 우수한 조직력 및 조정 능력
• 꼼꼼한 업무 처리 능력

Job Function/Description:
• Carry out daily meeting before the shift starts and manage daily attendance of operators.
• Ensure efficient operations, including overseeing daily tasks, providing guidance, resolving issues, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards
• Manage the operations to ensure daily scheduled loading plans
• Monitor logistics or operational data with warehouse management tools
• Manage warehouse inventory accuracy according to the process
• Generate shipping documents necessary for logistics process
• Report on Key Performance Indicators for the supply chain function
• Communicate with managers and customers to achieve supply chain goals, serve as shift main contact
• Evaluate the operating performance of internal resources

Qualifications:• High school diploma/GED required
• Bachelors in related degree preferred
• Bilingual preferred (speaking Korean and English)
• 2 years of logistics experience with focus on warehouse logistics preferred
• Ability to manage and supervise on-site staff
• Proficient in excel and other system usage
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities
• Excellent attention to detail
