A brand new local manufacturing company is seeking a talented and experienced Manufacturing Engineer to join our dynamic team. The Manufacturing Engineer will help us create and maintain efficient production processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing cost-effective manufacturing systems, as well as monitoring the performance of existing systems. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, an eye for detail, and a commitment to quality assurance.

Responsibilities:

Ø Design and develop new manufacturing processes and systems.
Ø Analyze and improve existing manufacturing processes and systems.
Ø Develop and implement quality control procedures.
Ø Develop and implement safety protocols for the manufacturing process.
Ø Create cost estimates for new projects.
Ø Perform root cause analysis to identify and solve production problems.
Ø Maintain accurate records of production data.
Ø Monitor production equipment performance.

Qualifications:
Ø Experience in injection molding products and equipment.
Ø Bachelor's Degree in related field, or combined equivalent AA and experience.
Ø Experience in Automotive manufacturing at a direct or tier 1-2 supplier level, or comparable experience in manufacturing of injection molded components for aviation or agricultural equipment.
