1. Warehouse Supervisor



Job Type: Full Time, on-site

Location: Garden City, GA

Pay: Starting at $65,000



Responsibilities:

• Maintain safe and clean working environment in accordance to any applicable federal or state laws.
• Comply with customer’s warehouse operations processes and procedures.
• Adhere to customer’s warehousing policies, procedures and practices to best meet quality aspect of operations.
• Plan and conduct employee trainings for warehouse team members to secure safety and stable operations.
• Perform warehouse asset management (purchasing and maintaining of equipment) in compliance with any applicable state and federal laws, as well as to secure stable operations.
• Schedule and meet with team members on a regular basis.

 



Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree,
preferably in Logistics related field

• 5-10 years’
equivalent experience

• Ability
to work under fast paced environment and pressure

• Ability
to perform multi-task job in the warehouse

Proficiency in MS Office Products

2. Site Operation Specialist

Job Type: Full Time, on-site
Location: Garden City, GA
Pay: Starting at $45,000

Responsibilities:
• Trans-loading operation supervision
• Supervise warehouse workers and make sure they follow safety guidelines
• Make sure goods are unloaded and loaded in safe manner without damages and according to packing list
• Daily trans-loading plan and worker assignment
• Collect driver’s signature on BOL of live loads
• Constant communication with ATL HQ and Cornerstone for any changes/updates in schedule
• Managerial duty assistance
• Managing workers’ daily working hour records
• Warehouse supply inventory management and re-order
• Weekly trans-loading plan and forecast
• Trans-loading documentation, scan, and upload
• Update WMS inventory and spreadsheet of daily storage inventory status
• Make damage report and share with customer 

 

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Logistics related field
• 0-3 years’ equivalent experience
• Ability to work under fast paced environment and pressure
• Ability to perform multi-task job in the warehouse
• Proficiency in MS Office Products

3. Site Operation Specialist

Job Type: Full Time, on-site
Location: Garden City, GA
Pay: Starting at $55,000

Responsibilities:

• Assist Site Operation Manager in planning and scheduling the delivery and unloading of equipment, machinery, and over-sized over-weight (OOG) cargo at client sites.
• Ensure all logistics activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and address any concerns or issues in a timely manner.
• Work closely with drivers, warehouse staff, and other logistics personnel to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers as needed.
• Resolve any logistical challenges or disruptions that arise during the transportation and unloading process.
• Implement contingency plans to mitigate potential delays or issues.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, inventory, and logistics activities.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on logistics performance and any incidents that occur on-site.
• Ensure that all logistics operations adhere to safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in regular safety audits and training sessions for logistics personnel.
