주요 업무:
• 생산 및 창고 일일 운영 관리 및 작업 일정 조율
• 생산 계획 수립 및 작업 진행 상황 관리
• 창고 입·출고, 재고 및 물류 관리
• 전자기기 및 관련 자재의 분류, 처리 및 보관 프로세스 관리
• 현장 작업자 관리, 업무 배정 및 생산성 관리
• 재고 정확성 및 시스템 데이터 관리
• 안전 및 작업환경 기준 준수 및 현장 점검
• 생산 및 창고 운영 관련 문제 해결 및 프로세스 개선
• 생산량, 재고, 작업 현황 등 운영 리포트 작성
• 관련 부서 및 외부 Vendor/물류업체와의 업무 조율
• 기타 생산 및 창고 운영 관련 업무

자격 요건:
• 생산관리, 창고관리, 물류 또는 Operations 관련 경력
• 제조, 물류, 재활용 또는 유사한 현장 운영 경험 우대
• 영어로 기본적인 업무 대화 및 현장 소통 가능자
• 직원 및 현장 운영을 관리할 수 있는 리더십과 커뮤니케이션 능력
• 재고관리 및 기본적인 Excel 활용 능력
• 문제 해결 능력과 책임감이 강하고 꼼꼼한 업무 처리 능력
• 여러 업무를 동시에 관리할 수 있는 조직력 및 시간 관리 능력
• 현장 중심의 적극적인 업무 태도

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily production and warehouse operations and coordinate work schedules
• Develop production plans and monitor production progress
• Oversee warehouse receiving, shipping, inventory, and logistics
• Manage sorting, processing, and storage of electronic devices and related materials
• Supervise warehouse and production staff, including work assignments and productivity
• Maintain inventory accuracy and related system data
• Ensure compliance with safety and workplace standards
• Identify operational issues and implement process improvements
• Prepare reports on production, inventory, and daily operations
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and logistics providers
• Perform other production and warehouse-related duties as required

Qualifications:
• Experience in production management, warehouse management, logistics, or operations
• Manufacturing, logistics, recycling, or similar hands-on operational experience preferred
• English communication skills sufficient to communicate and work effectively in a day-to-day work environment
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage employees and daily operations
• Basic inventory management and Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong problem-solving skills, accountability, and attention to detail
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Hands-on, proactive approach to daily operations
